It may take a bit of thinking ahead if you want the banana and avocado frozen (which I recommend because it makes the smoothie extra creamy), but it’s not necessary! This smoothie is dairy-free, gluten-free, and packed with protein and so many nutrients from our spinach and avocado. It will truly make you feel so good!
Ingredients:
- Vanilla protein powder (I use TumLove)
- Banana (I prefer frozen)
- Avocado (Frozen or fresh work great!)
- Pineapple (I use canned pineapple, but fresh is even better!)
- Unsweetened plant-based yogurt like Silk (any yogurt will work here!)
- Spinach
- Unsweetened almond milk
- Coconut flakes (optional: for topping)

Green Goodness Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ½ frozen/fresh avocado
- 1 cup cubed pineapple I use canned, but fresh is even better!
- ¼ cup yogurt I use a plant-based yogurt!
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk any milk works here!
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes optional: for topping!
Instructions
- In a high-speed blender, combine all the ingredients (except the coconut) together and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a large glass, top with coconut flakes, and enjoy this creamy delight!
