The ingredient list is BEYOND easy! This protein smoothie is dairy free, gluten free, and packed with nutrients! The raspberries offer tons of antioxidants and the protein powder will boost your amino acid ability to restore muscles and balance hormones!
Ingredients:
- Frozen banana
- Raspberries (frozen or fresh work!)
- Chocolate protein powder (I use TumLove)
- Almond butter (or any nut/seed butter!)
- Almond milk (I use unsweetened)
- Optional: cocoa nibs and raspberries for the topping!

Chocolate Raspberry Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen work great!
- 1 tbsp almond butter or any nut/seed butter
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder use vegan if needed!
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1-2 tbsp cocoa nibs and raspberries for the topping! optional!
Instructions
- In a high-speed blender, combine all the ingredients except the cocoa nibs and extra raspberries if using! Blend until smooth!
- Pour into a glass, top with cocoa nibs and extra raspberries and ENJOY!
