Jump to RecipeWhy should I make this recipe?
Well, if you’re anything like me, you get sick of eating the same meals every day. I especially get tired of drinnking the same protein shake every day, which is why I’ve made it a goal to try one new smoothie every week. I drink protien shakes at least 3-4x a week, so keeping is interesting is just what I need! Plus, I love getting creative in the kitchen;)
Not only is this recipe highly nutritious and satisfying, it’s totally vegan, gluten-free, and dairy free. It’s extremely creamy because of the plant-based yogurt and coconut milk. If you like ultra-creamy smoothies, this one’s for you.
