Blueberry Protein Shake

This blueberry protein shake is ultra-creamy and so nutritious! High in protein and satisfaction;)

Ingredients

  • cup frozen blueberries any frozen fruit works well!
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup yogurt of choice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder I use a vegan powder!
  • cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes for topping! (optional)

Instructions

  • In a high-speed blender, add all the smoothie ingredients. Blend on high until smooth.
  • Pour into a large glass, top with coconut flakes, and enjoy!
