Well, besides for the fact that these are DELICIOUS, the reasons for making these are endless. Many of us live busy lives and find it easy reaching for processed snacks. I love processed snacks, but sometimes I need something that’s gonna help my satiety levels and give me a boost of protein and energy. Hence, protein balls. They are perfect for a grab-n-go snack, but my personal favorite is eating these snickerdoodle protein balls for my dessert lunch. You need to have dessert lunch.
If that’s not reason enough to make these, I don’t know what is;)
Ingredients?
You guessed it, these are SUPER simple! They are only 5 ingredients and take less than 5 minutes from start to finish. It’s too easy.
Ingredients:
- Almond flour
- Vanilla protein powder (I use TumLove)
- Almond butter (cashew butter or sunflower seed would also work!)
- Maple syrup
- Cinnamon

Snickerdoodle Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder use any kind, but the absorbency of the powder may change the consistency. add a splash of almond milk if needed.
- ½ cup drippy almond butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients until combined.
- Using a small cookie scooper, scoop the mixture and roll into balls. They should keep their shape well. Keep them in the refrigerator for on-demand snacks throughout the week!
