Snickerdoodle Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder use any kind, but the absorbency of the powder may change the consistency. add a splash of almond milk if needed.
  • ½ cup drippy almond butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients until combined.
  • Using a small cookie scooper, scoop the mixture and roll into balls. They should keep their shape well. Keep them in the refrigerator for on-demand snacks throughout the week!
