I recently discovered my love for guacamole. I used to actually hate it, but in the last few months obsessed would be an understatement. This easy guacamole is so simple to whip together before taco night or whenever you are craving some chips and dip. I use a blender to make the avocados perfectly smooth with small chucks of vegetables. It makes for the most delectable texture you won’t be able to put down. It’s perfect for small gatherings, family dinners, or any sort of snack or appetizer occasion.

You may be wondering, what makes this guac recipe any different than the millions already online? The difference is that this recipe is too easy to be true. You simple pop 2 ripe avocados into the blender, add some choice vegetables like tomatoes and peppers, some seasonings, then BAM. You’re done. A lot of guac recipes take time mashing those avocados, and sometimes recipes aren’t flavorful because they don’t season it well. This recipe is packed with a fresh garden flavor that will knock your socks off. It’s the best appetizer or snack for any time of day.
