Honey Puff Bars (only 3 ingredients!)

Light and airy, these bars remind me of the classic honey nut cheerio cereal! Your new favorite.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice puffs
  • cup drippy almond butter
  • ¼ cup raw honey
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon optional, but HIGHLY recommended!
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional!
  • ½ tsp salt optional!

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients until a homogenous mixture appears.
  • Next, firmly place the bar mix into a small, parchment-lined baking pan.
  • Now place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or the freezer for 1 hour. SLice and enjoy! Keep in the fridge so the bars maintain their structure.
