First, in a large mixing bowl combine the ground turkey, mustard, mayo, and seasonings. Incorporate with hands until fully ccombined
On some tin foil (or a disposable surface) form 12 burger patties.
Next, pour a tablespoon of olive oil into the pan (more if using cast iron) on medium heat.
Add four burger patties at a time (depending on surface space). Each batch should take about 10 minutes in total. Flip every 2-3 minutes to cook evenly. Make sure the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F.
Once the first batch is done, I recommend placing the cooked patties on a oven-safe plate. Place in the oven set to a "keep warm" (160-170°F) setting.
Between each burger batch (should be 3 batches total) add olive oil. When the last batch is done begin assembly!
I like to toast my bun (most times in the toaster, but. you can also pan toast them too) then add mayo on the bottom. I place the turkey pattie on top and add my lettuce, tomato slices, and bacon. Serve and enjoy immediately!
