Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour just blended oats!
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup chocolate protein powder *
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2-4 tbsp almond milk*
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips I use stevia-sweetened dark chocolate chips!
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  • First, combine all the ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl until it comes together.
  • Next, roll the dough into 16 bite-sized balls. I take a tablespoon and scoop out the dough this way. But you can totally make them bigger if desired!
  • Enjoy! Keep in the fridge for up to a week!

Notes

*If you only have vanilla protein powder, add 1 tbsp of additional cocoa powder
*The amount of almond milk depends on your peanut butter's protein powder and consistency. Play around with it until you can easily roll the dough into balls.
