First, in a large bowl combine the banana, maple syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Use a fork to mash and mix the banana mixture thoroughly.
Next, add the rolled oats, chia seeds, protein powder, cinnamon, salt and chocolate chips. Mix until completely combined.
Using a heaping tablespoon, scoop out and roll 20-22 bite sized balls. Enjoy! Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to a week!
