½tbspalmond butteror any nut/seed butter
½tbspground flaxseed
1cupunsweetened almond milkuse more or less as needed
Topping Ideas:
2tbsprolled oats
1tbspcocoa nibs
1tbspalmond butter
2tbspunsweetened coconut flakes
1drizzleraw honey
2tbsphemp heats
¼cupsliced bananas
¼cupsliced strawberries
2tbspchocolate chips
¼cupgranola
Instructions
Combine all the smoothie bowl ingredients into the high powered blender. Blend until smooth. You may need to let the frozen ingredients rest at room temperature for a few minutes to help your blender blend with more ease.
Once the smoothie bowl is thick (and no chunks) pour the mixture into a bowl. Add all of your favorite toppings. Enjoy immediately! *

*If you aren't super hungry, place some of the smoothie into the fridge before topping the portion you plan to eat!
