Ingredients

frozen
banana
¼
cup
canned pure pumpkin
1
scoop
vanilla protein powder
1
tbsp
almond butter
or any nut/seed butter
½
tsp
pumpkin pie spice
or a combo of cinnamon and nutmeg
1-1½
cup
unsweetened creamy almond milk
or any nut milk!
toppings: coconut whip cream, cocoa nibs, pumpkin pie spice, chocolate chips, granola, etc!
Instructions
In a high speed blender, combine all the smoothie ingredients together until smooth. It should take about 1 minute!
Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy! My personal go-to for this smoothie is coconut whip cream and cocoa nibs;)
