Pumpkin Protein Smoothie

This pumpkin protein smoothie is packed with autumn flavor. It's made with wholesome ingredients and tastes like fall in a glass;)

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¼ cup canned pure pumpkin
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or any nut/seed butter
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice or a combo of cinnamon and nutmeg
  • 1-1½ cup unsweetened creamy almond milk or any nut milk!
  • toppings: coconut whip cream, cocoa nibs, pumpkin pie spice, chocolate chips, granola, etc!

Instructions

  • In a high speed blender, combine all the smoothie ingredients together until smooth. It should take about 1 minute!
  • Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy! My personal go-to for this smoothie is coconut whip cream and cocoa nibs;)
