Ingredients

can be frozen too, if so, omit the ice!

rolled oats
gluten free work too!

yogurt
unsweetened, sweetened, dairy, or non-dairy variations all work!

vanilla protein powder
I use TumLove

almond milk

Instructions
In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend on high until smooth, about 1 minute.
Pour the protein smoothie into a large glass and enjoy immediately!
