Oatmeal Cookie Protein Smoothie

This protein smoothie legitimately tastes like an oatmeal cookie. It has the warm, cozy flavors of the delectable cookie, but is made into a wholesome and easy smoothie!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp almond butter heaping!
  • 1 ripe banana can be frozen too, if so, omit the ice!
  • ½ cup ice
  • ¼ cup rolled oats gluten free work too!
  • ¼ cup yogurt unsweetened, sweetened, dairy, or non-dairy variations all work!
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder I use TumLove
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend on high until smooth, about 1 minute.
  • Pour the protein smoothie into a large glass and enjoy immediately!
